As parents we long to help our children grow in compassion
and to develop a heart for sharing the gospel. Prayer is the key, because it conforms our will and our heart to the heart of our Good Father. Because of this in each Country Unit you will find a prayer guide to help you and your littles pray for people all around the world.

We’v e designed our Country Units to introduce you and your children to countries alphabetically. For each letter of the alphabet we will focus on one specific country, providing activity ideas, researched information and fun fact filled coloring sheets.

Isn’t this a radical charge? How did the early church turn “the world upside down? “
They simply lived out the great commission by the power of the Holy Spirit. They prayed for boldness, for wisdom and clarity. They allowed the Holy Spirit to work in and through them as their hearts cried out “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” They simply loved Jesus and taught others about Him and the salvation that He makes available to the whole world.
Friends, if we want to raise kingdom hearted planet shakers... we simply need to help our children fall in love with Jesus, we need to teach them to pray, to surrender to the will of God, to introduce them to a world desperately in need of Good News.
Our prayer is that the prayer guides, country units, and resources that you will find here at the Willowood Adventure Society will equip you to spur your children on to love and good works that they may glorify our Father in Heaven.
